May I sign my child up for more than one class session per day?

No; children may ONLY attend one class session per day.

May I send my child with food?

No, children should eat before they arrive since there is no outside food allowed in the center. Your child should have water with a secure lid, labeled with his/her name.

Why do your class age groups overlap?

Classes overlap by age to allow parents to choose the class that fits their child the best developmentally.

Does my child need to be potty trained to attend the center?

No, but Baby Genius classes are the only classes offered to non potty trained children. (Please supply a diaper and wipes in a labeled Ziploc)

For all children 4 and under:

Please send a change of clothes in a Ziploc bag labeled with the child’s name every session.

Do you offer any package discounts or promotions?

Yes, see our pricing page for package discounts. Also see our refer a friend policy to obtain free classes for your child.

What is your cancellation policy?

There will be NO refunds for canceling after the 24 hour cancellation window closes. There are no refunds for ¨no-shows¨.

What is your lateness policy?

A parent may drop off a child late, but the child will only be able to participate in the remainder of the session originally enrolled. Parents must pick up their child promptly at the end of that session. Late charges will incur for late pick ups.

*Management has the right to deny participation in future classes due to repeated late pick up.

What is your Illness policy?

All staff and children will be required to stay home in the event any of the following symptoms are observed or felt within 24 hours before each attendance, without the use of medication.

• Fever • Cough** • Shortness of breath • Chills • Night sweats • Sore throat •Muscle/body aches • Vomiting • Diarrhea

What is your behavior/discipline policy?

At 21st Century Kids we strive to create an environment in which your child will thrive and give you, the parent, peace of mind. We are committed to providing a safe, secure, stable and stress-free environment which encourages your child to grow socially, emotionally and intellectually. How do I sign my child up for a class?

After completing the registration forms (contract and emergency contacts) you will receive an email allowing you to purchase spots and sign up for classes. You have 24 hours prior to your child’s first class to upload their medical form to us or your child cannot participate and you will not be eligible to a refund.
**Please note, the registration process ONLY needs to be completed for their first class.

Can parents stay during classes?

Although the actual classes do not have parent involvement, parents are more than welcome to stay in our waiting area for the duration of their child’s class.
